Our personal assistants look through your TiVo with you and help you decide which of their device options is best for you and make sure all of your favorite shows are recording. We set the device up with your Television and troubleshoot if anything starts to go wrong. We order new devices for additional bedrooms and set them up. We make calls to tech support on your behalf if needed.
